Stamford School welcomed members of the local community for the Evergreen Tea Party, hosted in the Sixth Form Centre and brought to life by the enthusiasm and care of our students.
The event formed part of the ongoing partnership with the Evergreen Care Trust, an independent, not-for-profit organisation that has served older people across Stamford, Bourne, the Deepings and surrounding villages since 2005. Evergreen works closely with charitable groups, churches, schools and health and social care providers to offer a comprehensive range of home care services for the benefit of older residents and their families.
Students took an active role throughout the afternoon, providing conversation, hospitality and entertainment. Their commitment set a warm and inclusive tone, helping to create an atmosphere that was genuinely uplifting for guests. The Head Boy added further cheer, appearing as Santa and ensuring the occasion felt festive and fun.
It was a thoughtful and well supported event that reflected the school’s wider commitment to community engagement and a meaningful opportunity for students to contribute, connect and demonstrate the values that underpin Stamford School.
