Sixth Form 16-18yrs
Sixth Form at Stamford offers a unique opportunity to fuel your ambition and lay the foundations for life after school.
"Sixth Form at Stamford is about far more than just achieving the qualifications that unlock your next steps in life."
Vicky Buckman
Head of Stamford School
At the heart of what we offer you at Stamford is the opportunity to thrive, to help you become the best version of yourself. We encourage every student at Stamford, from Nursery through to Sixth Form, to be an independent thinker.
At Stamford we offer you the opportunity and breadth of experience, so together we give you an education that develops your ability to think for yourself.
We want you to be aspirational, to be forward thinking and to become a rounded and grounded individual, ready for the next stage of your life once you leave us.
It’s not about who you are now; it’s about who you can become
The process involved a Sixth Form focus group sharing input and ideas in the design and feel of the new campus, including the new coffee shop area, library space and common room. St Martin's is also just a short walk away from our new Wothorpe Sports Centre.
We value your worth. We aim to expand your creativity and individuality. We will value you for your individual strengths, passions and personality; your attitude towards others, and the effort you make to be your best self. You are the only one of you.
Upon leaving Stamford and becoming an Old Stamfordian, you are joining a global community of thousands of like-minded people of all ages, who value creativity, hard work, individuality and enthusiasm, and who will become your friends, your mentors, and your inspiration.
The Sixth Form at Stamford will help you unlock your future self.
