Welcome to the commercial arm of Stamford School, making full and effective use of our exceptional facilities, venues and resources. We manage all commercial and community activity across the site, from residential courses and holiday programmes to events, hospitality, swim school provision and the School uniform shop.
During school holidays, our campus hosts visiting groups from across the UK and overseas. With three boarding houses, extensive catering capability, modern teaching spaces and outstanding sports facilities, we are well equipped to support large residential courses, training programmes, youth groups and international visitors.
Our venues are distinctive, flexible and professionally managed. We host everything from conferences and corporate training to weddings, celebrations and large-scale activity programmes, offering historic buildings, beautiful grounds and contemporary facilities in one setting.
Exceptional service sits at the heart of what we do. We work closely with every client, providing clear communication, practical support and a smooth, well-run experience from first enquiry to final departure.
As a registered charity, all income generated through Stamford School Enterprises is reinvested into the School, supporting vital capital projects and life-changing bursaries. What We Offer
Exceptional Venue Hire for Every Event
Whether you are planning an intimate wedding, a large corporate conference, a private celebration or a formal reception, Stamford offers a variety of venues that combine heritage with versatility. Our historic Chapel, elegant hospitality suites, modern auditoria and flexible event spaces set the tone. For larger gatherings we offer a summer marquee with capacity for up to 2,000 guests, ideal for gala dinners, company events or major celebrations.
Residential Courses and Holiday Programmes
During holiday periods, we open our seven boarding houses to host residential courses, music programmes, international student groups, summer schools and activity camps. With full catering, comfortable accommodation, classrooms, auditoria and access to extensive sports facilities, we provide a complete and reliable solution for organisations seeking a secure and inspiring residential base.
Sports Camps and Performance Programmes
Stamford’s sports estate is extensive and purpose built. Two sports centres, two pools, playing fields, astros, cricket pitches, nets and both indoor and outdoor courts offer an exceptional environment for training and development. Clubs, academies and youth programmes regularly choose Stamford for multi day camps, combining sport, accommodation, nutrition and academic or recreational time.
Corporate Events, Training and Conferences
With two auditoria, multiple flexible classrooms, IT and food technology suites and a fully equipped TED theatre, Stamford is an ideal setting for conferences, training days, assessment centres and professional development programmes. Our team supports each stage of planning and delivery, ensuring a smooth, high standard experience from arrival to departure.
Weddings, Celebrations and Private Events
Stamford’s heritage setting and landscaped grounds create a refined backdrop for weddings, anniversaries, private dinners and community occasions. The historic Chapel offers an atmospheric space for ceremonies, while our hospitality suites, reception rooms and gardens provide elegant options for receptions and celebrations. For larger events we offer marquee hire, bespoke catering and full event management.
Swim School and Aquatics Programmes
Our Swim School offers high quality swimming tuition for all ages. Lessons are delivered by qualified instructors in a safe, welcoming environment. From beginners to advanced coaching and holiday swim courses, we support each swimmer to progress with confidence and enjoyment.
