Discovery Mornings are a chance to explore the School on a normal working day.

You and your family will tour the School in the company of one of our pupils and will meet the senior team over tea and coffee.

Junior School (Reception – Year 6):
Wednesday 15 May 8.45am – 10am

Spaces at a Discovery Morning are limited so that you can have as much time as you need to see the School at your own pace and discuss your child as an individual.

SES launch Staff Activity Challenge

We’re excited to announce the launch of the SES Staff World Peaks Challenge 2021.Staff from the Stamford Schools will aim to cover 40,638 miles over the next four weeks, covering the equivalent distance of the world peaks and back, as a fitness initiative aimed to increase staff wellbeing and boost morale.Groups of three to six staff members will track how far they cumulatively walk, run, cycle and swim over a 4 week period, with all team’s distances contributing to the final mileage. The peaks virtually tackled include: Ben Nevis, Mont Blanc, Mount Olympus, Mount Elbrus, K2, Mount Everest, Mount Fuji, Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Fitz Roy, Licancabur Mountain, Popocatépetl Mountain and El Capitan.Teams this year include FlabbYgasted, Cirque du Sore Legs, Wandering Nomads, HR with Altitude and Peaky Linguists!This fitness initiative, developed by the SES Wellbeing Team, is in its second year.
