On Saturday 13 June, we were delighted to welcome Old Stamfordians back to Stamford School for our annual OS Reunion Weekend, bringing together former pupils, friends and staff to reconnect and celebrate shared memories.
This year, we were especially pleased to mark milestone reunions for the Classes of 1986, 1991, 1996, 2006 and 2016. It was wonderful to see so many alumni return to celebrate these special anniversaries.
The day featured a range of sporting activities, with OS 25 crowned winners of this year's Andrew Carter Shield. Thank you to everyone who took part in, supported and spectated at the touch rugby, hockey and netball fixtures, helping to create a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day.

The celebrations continued on Sunday 14 June with the annual Reverend Wright Cricket Match between the Old Stamfordian Association (OSA) and Tolethorpe Cricket Club.
After winning the toss, OSA captain Will Joyce (OS 11) elected to field. Tolethorpe posted 221 for 6, with Ian Ford (Tolethorpe Club) top-scoring with 51, while Joyce led the OSA bowling attack with figures of 3 for 36.
The OSA successfully chased down the target to regain the Reverend Wright Cup for the first time since 2016, bringing a memorable reunion weekend to a fitting close.
Our thanks go to everyone at Tolethorpe Cricket Club for their warm hospitality and for hosting the match in such wonderful surroundings.
