Alisa delivered an outstanding performance at the UK National Grades Rhythmic Gymnastics competition in Cardiff this weekend, competing against the country’s leading gymnasts in her category.
She secured an impressive 2nd place in Hoop and 3rd place in Ball, before finishing 4th overall in the UK National Grades standings. In a field defined by precision, control and technical difficulty, these results reflect both consistency and composure across multiple routines.
Competing at national level demands exceptional discipline. Each apparatus routine requires a blend of technical execution, artistry and control under pressure. Alisa rose to that challenge, delivering clean, confident performances across the competition.
Her achievement is all the more commendable given the demands of balancing elite sport alongside academic study. Managing training schedules, competition preparation and school commitments requires maturity well beyond her years, and her dedication to both is evident.
A superb accomplishment on the national stage and a testament to sustained hard work.
Congratulations to Alisa on a performance she should be immensely proud of.
