Milo Qualifies for National Final of Prestigious Translation Bee

We are incredibly proud to share the fantastic achievement of Stamford School Year 8 student, Milo, who has qualified for the National Final of the Foreign Language Translation Bee following an exceptional performance at the Regional Finals last week.

Milo's success is the result of months of dedication, linguistic skill and perseverance. Since October, he and fellow Year 8 student, Dylan, have been working hard to prepare for the competition, demonstrating impressive determination and a high level of language proficiency throughout.

At the Regional Finals, both students represented Stamford School with distinction. We were delighted when Milo secured his place in the National Final, which will be held at Cambridge University at the end of June. There, he will compete against the top 25 Spanish language students in the country, which is an incredible opportunity and a true mark of his talent.

Milo’s achievement reflects not only his personal commitment but also Stamford School’s dedication to fostering academic excellence and encouraging students to pursue their passions to the highest level. We wish him every success as he prepares for the final stage of this prestigious national competition.
