Book for our Discovery Morning

Discovery Mornings are a chance to explore the School on a normal working day.

You and your family will tour the School in the company of one of our pupils and will meet the senior team over tea and coffee.

Junior School (Reception – Year 6):
Wednesday 15 May 8.45am – 10am

Spaces at a Discovery Morning are limited so that you can have as much time as you need to see the School at your own pace and discuss your child as an individual.

Fun in the Sun with the Byard Boarders!

The Byard House boys enjoyed a great afternoon Paddle boarding at Tallington Lakes and the sun finally decided to pop his hat on for the afternoon!Miss A Davies, House Parent at Byard House, reflected on the weekend:“The boys with Mr Di Cataldo (Assistant House Master), enjoyed mastering the skill of standing up (most of them!) on the paddle boards and only three of the cohort had to be rescued by the motor boat on site – we’re pretty sure they angled for this, as it was great fun being towed behind the boat!One of our Year 7 boys declared it to have been a “Perfect Sunday” and Ice-creams sealed the deal once they were all back on dry landActivities such as this form an important part of our weekend for those boys boarding with us, and we aim to offer a wide variety of experiences for the boys to enjoy throughout their school year.Coming up across the rest of this term, activities include: Outdoor Go-Karting, Punting in Cambridge, Shopping at High Cross in Leicester, visiting London Zoo and for our quieter weekends we will be popping to our local cinema and enjoying dog walks with Bindi (Miss Davies dog!) in gorgeous locations like Burghley Park or Fineshade Woods”.
