Please use the form below to order charity football match shirts, these shirts will be distributed to pupils via school. The cost of your order will be added to your school account and invoiced accordingly, with all proceeds donated to The Hospice of the Good Shepherd.
Orders must be submitted by 24 March. Due to a 6 to 8 week production lead time, shirts will be delivered mid-May.
