Established in 1532, the School, which occupies three sites close to the centre, has been a cornerstone of this historic town, providing excellent education for centuries. Stamford is located approximately 14 miles from Peterborough and has excellent road (A1 North/South; A43/A14 West) and rail links (East Coast mainline from Peterborough) which enable many larger centres, including London, to be reached in just over an hour.
