Year 11 Stamford School Students' Philosophy and Ethics Trip

Embarking on a journey of cultural immersion, our Year 11 Stamford School students visited Neasden Hindu Temple, London Central Mosque, and Westminster Abbey as part of their GCSE Philosophy and Ethics course.

Through live worship experiences, insightful Q&A sessions with faith leaders, and guided tours, students gained profound insights into the diverse practices and beliefs of Hinduism, Islam, and Christianity. The visit to Neasden Hindu Temple allowed students to witness the vibrant rituals of Hindu worship, while the trip to London Central Mosque provided an opportunity for dialogue and understanding of Islamic traditions. At Westminster Abbey, students explored the historical significance of the site, where past monarchs have been coronated and buried.

The day was an insightful and reflective and will significantly help the students ahead of their GCSE's.
