Mrs C Hill, Head of Drama (Performance) introduces our latest showcase..."At the Stamford Schools, we are proud that, over the most challenging period for the Arts since the Second World War, we have continued to provide creative, cultural and collaborative opportunities for our students. At the beginning of the year, we launched our “The Show Must Go On(line)” programme, a series of virtual performance projects. Behind the scenes, over Microsoft Teams, and in bubbled rehearsal studios, the staff and students of the Drama Department have been busy devising, choreographing, rehearsing and filming an assortment of exciting works. We are delighted to announce our “Theatre Thursdays” month, a weekly release of these projects onto the Schools’ Stream platform. The culmination of many months of hard work will begin with the release of the Y7-13 Dance Showcase, “Peter Pan”, on Thursday 28 April (view
