We are delighted to celebrate the remarkable achievements of Sixth form student Bruce at the Aquatics GB British Championships held in London.
In a week filled with excitement and fierce competition, Bruce’s accomplishments were nothing short of extraordinary:
- Gold Medal in 50m Butterfly: Bruce’s lightning-fast swim in the 50m butterfly secured him the coveted gold medal, showcasing his exceptional speed and technique.
- Bronze Medal in 400m Freestyle: Bruce’s endurance and determination paid off as he clinched a bronze medal in the 400m freestyle event.
- Impressive 4th Place Finishes: Bruce’s versatility was on full display as he secured 4th place in both the 100m freestyle and breaststroke events. His consistent performance across different strokes highlights his all-around talent.
- Setting a New British Record: The highlight of Bruce’s achievements was his record-breaking swim in the breaststroke, clocking an impressive time of 1:25.77. This remarkable feat establishes him as a rising star in British swimming.
