Stamford School proudly announces that Old Stamfordian Rory Ward (OS 21) has joined the Bedford Blues rugby team after completing his studies at Newcastle University. Rory’s dedication and hard work have earned him a spot in one of the top clubs in the Championship. Rory expressed his excitement, saying, “I've followed Bedford pretty closely for a number of years. This is a massive opportunity for me, and I am delighted to join a Top Four Championship club straight out of university. Hopefully, I can add something to help the team move forward alongside the great players and coaches already there. Really happy and can't wait to get started.”
