Stamford Junior School Spread Christmas Cheer

Pupils across Stamford Nursery School and Stamford Junior School have been spreading Christmas cheer through festive play days, performances and assemblies.Years 1 and 2 have been performing 'The Inn Crowd', a groovy interpretation of the traditional nativity play. This fresh and funny take on the nativity story, featuring seven songs, follows the story of the animals squashed inside the stable, whilst a party takes place in the nearby inn. The animals feel second to everyone until a young couple arrive, followed by a baby, shepherds and even kings! The animals quickly realise that if it's good enough for kings then it's certainly good enough for the animals!Year 1 and 2 Nativity PlayYear 1 and 2 Nativity Play - Mary and JosephPupils in reception  presented a nativity play to parents and guests, and Year 3 and 4 have performed a Christmas Assembly.Santa has also visited Stamford Nursery School, on behalf of the Stamford Kiwanis, where families gifted over forty presents to be donated to charities for children in the local area.Santa visits the Stamford Nursery School to receive donated gifts from childrenSanta visits the Stamford Nursery SchoolSanta visits the Stamford Nursery School to receive donated gifts
