    RYA Youth National Championships in Pwllheli

    Sixth Form students, Issy and Ewan, have recently competed in the RYA Youth National Championships in Pwllheli.The Pair competed fiercely in the ILCA 6 (International Laser Class Association) sailing class.Ewan reached 22nd out of 61 sailors and Issy achieved a 5th place overall and as the 3rd place British sailor in the women's competition.On her success Issy said: “I am really pleased to have come 5th overall and 3rd British boat after a challenging week of light winds in Pwllheli”.issy sailingCongratulations to both sailors for their efforts.For more news about sailing at Stamford, please click here.Banner 2021 - Sport Boys
