OS Zak secures call-up for England Lions
Old Stamfordian Zak Chappell (‘14) is one of three cricketers to secure his first call-up to the England Lions team ahead of their 2019 India tour. After signing a three-year contract with Nottinghamshire in September, it’s been quite a year for the former Stamford School student. Zak will be touring India early next year with the England Lions squad with their first fixture starting on January 23 in Thiruvananthapuram. The tour will see the Lions play five 50-over matches and two A tests with Zak on the line-up for both teams.
