Old Stamfordian Accountancy Business Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary

In Stamford, a local accountancy firm, Brooks and Partners, has thrived over the past ten years. Founded by two friends, Fay Brooks (OS 91) and Kate Howitt, they left corporate life behind them, and the firm has since grown from a small operation to a successful one with a team of 14 accountants serving a diverse clientele. These can vary between individuals needing a tax return to larger corporate businesses.

To mark their 10th anniversary, Brooks and Partners celebrated with a gathering at The Wine Bar in Stamford, attended by clients, colleagues, and friends. The event was a resounding success, underscoring the enduring relationships forged during their decade-long journey.

Of the business, Fay said: "Brooks and Partners offers a personal service that is tailored to the specific needs of each client. Our accountants are committed to helping our clients succeed, and they understand the pressure of running a business, especially during tricky times.

"In recent years, we have helped clients navigate the challenges of Brexit, Covid, and the Cost-of-Living crisis. The firm has also formed partnerships with financial advisors and wealth management firms to provide our clients with a comprehensive range of financial services."

As they look to the future, Brooks and Partners extend an invitation to those in search of accounting services to meet for a free consultation. Their commitment to providing a personalized touch ensures they become an integral part of the success stories of the clients they serve.
