Authors visit SJS
Authors Ellie Sandal and Sam Sedgman came to visit pupils at Stamford Junior School this month.Ellie visited to show Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 her new book "Balancing Bernie". They were able to ask question about her career as a illustrator and author and what the process of making a book is. She also taught them step by step how to draw "Bernie" just like from the book.
Sam Took Years 3 to 6 through a mystery writing workshop to help them write their own stories just like his "Adventures on Trains" series.
