Book for our Discovery Morning
Discovery Mornings are a chance to explore the School on a normal working day.
You and your family will tour the School in the company of one of our pupils and will meet the senior team over tea and coffee.
Junior School (Reception – Year 6):
Wednesday 15 May 8.45am – 10am
Spaces at a Discovery Morning are limited so that you can have as much time as you need to see the School at your own pace and discuss your child as an individual.
Stamford is a picturesque, Georgian town in the heart of Lincolnshire, steeped in history, character and charm and it is where the Stamford School campus is entwined. Stamford as a town encapsulates the essence of our school; it is historic yet modern, expanding and vibrant with a certain buzz about it – much like our school.
Stamford is a dynamic, modern and exciting school, built on the strengths of five centuries of learning, with a resolute focus on preparing our students for 2030 and beyond. Our students leave Stamford as rounded and grounded young people, ready for life beyond education. At the heart of our school is a focus on academic ambition, pastoral excellence and opportunity so students can become the very best version of themselves.

All international students are required to have an educational guardian based in the UK.
A guardian acts as the parents’ representative and should be available to contact 24/7 in case of an emergency. They are expected to communicate with the School regularly regarding the student’s welfare, and liaise with the School regarding travel and accommodation arrangements during school holidays.
Guardians must be appointed before a student joins us. The School cannot allocate or recommend a guardian on the parents’ behalf; it is an important decision that lies solely with the parents.
