Book for our Discovery Morning
Discovery Mornings are a chance to explore the School on a normal working day.
You and your family will tour the School in the company of one of our pupils and will meet the senior team over tea and coffee.
Junior School (Reception – Year 6):
Wednesday 15 May 8.45am – 10am
Spaces at a Discovery Morning are limited so that you can have as much time as you need to see the School at your own pace and discuss your child as an individual.
Principal
Will joined Stamford as Headmaster in 2011 after three years as Deputy Head at Warwick School. He served as Headmaster until 2016 when he became the Principal of the Schools.
Will has taught in four independents and one state grammar school across the course of his career in the UK and Australia. Previous roles at these schools include Boarding Master, Head of Year 11, Head of Sixth Form, Senior Deputy Head, while he has also coached First XI cricket and First XV Rugby alongside his role as a History teacher.
Outside of Stamford, Will is Vice Chair of HMC Projects Overseas, a trustee of the HMC Finance and Risk Committee, a member for the Keystone Academy Trust and Chair of the Education committee at St Hugh’s Preparatory School, Woodhall Spa.
